REGLAMENTO DE RÉGIMEN INTERNO

–  Se abonará el 100% del importe (menos la reserva) durante el registro.

–   Una vez registrado/s el/los cliente/s, y ocupada/s la/s habitación/es, si se desiste de la estancia, la empresa no devolverá el importe de la misma; aun siendo una tarifa cancelable.

–  Sólo se admitirán devoluciones en concepto de cancelación de reserva, ateniéndonos a la normativa vigente, en aquellas reservas realizadas con la modalidad de “cancelable”.

–  La hora de entrada será desde las 13:00 horas, salvo en días de máxima ocupación, que  podrá prolongarse  2 horas más.

–  La hora de salida máxima serán las 12:00, en caso de no dejar la habitación a tiempo se facturará la proporcionalidad del día.

–  Por razones de seguridad y control siempre que salgan del edificio deben dejar las llaves en recepción.

–  Las reservas se mantendrán hasta las 20:00 horas.

–  Con la entrega de llaves, y mando de tv, se cobrará una fianza de 20€ que se devolverá a la salida con la devolución de los mismos.

–  La pérdida de llaves o controles remotos implican un coste de 25€ por cada uno de los articulos.

–  La empresa no se hace responsable de pérdidas o daños de valores no depositados en la caja fuerte situada en recepción.

–  El uso de la caja fuerte no supone ningún coste adicional.

–  Las toallas se cambian cada dos días. Es responsabilidad del cliente hacer buen uso de ellas. Se puede solicitar un cambio cuando se desee (servicio con coste).

–  Los desperfectos, pérdidas o extravíos ocasionados en la habitación e instalaciones del alojamiento, serán cargados a la cuenta del cliente. Se solicitará una tarjeta de crédito por cada habitación.

–  En temporada media/alta los fines de semana llevarán un suplemento sobre la tarifa estándar, que no procederá en estancias de más de 7 días.

–  La firma del registro de entrada supone la aceptación de la normativa del establecimiento.

Política de cancelación de reservas

– Se retendrá un 5% de la reserva, cuando la anulación se haga con más de 30 días de antelación.

– Se retendrá un 50% de la reserva, cuando la anulación se haga entre 30 y 7 días de antelación.

– Se retendrá un 100% de la reserva, cuando la anulación se haga con menos de 7 días de antelación.

– En caso de no presentarse el cliente (No Show) el importe retenido será del 100% de la reserva.
